Before You Delete

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

• All game progress (levels, currencies, items)
• Pet stats and customization
• Loft building data
• Inventory and crafting queue
• Leaderboard rankings and achievements
• Chat history
• All personal information (username, email)

Alternative Options

Before permanently deleting your account, consider these alternatives:

Take a Break

Simply stop playing. Your data remains saved and you can return anytime without losing progress.

Convert to Anonymous

Remove your personal information (username, email) but keep playing anonymously with your current progress intact. (This feature may be available in a future update.)

Data Export

Request a copy of your game data before deletion. (This feature may be available in a future update.)

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-Game (Coming Soon)

In a future update, you'll be able to delete your account directly from the game settings menu.

Option 2: Contact Support

To request account deletion, please contact us with the following information:

• Your username or email address
• Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent
• Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve)

Deletion Process

1. Request Received: We'll confirm receipt of your deletion request within 24-48 hours
2. Verification: We may ask for account verification to prevent unauthorized deletions
3. Grace Period: 7-day waiting period in case you change your mind
4. Deletion: After the grace period, all data is permanently removed from our servers
5. Confirmation: You'll receive final confirmation once deletion is complete

What Happens After Deletion

• Your username becomes available for other users
• You'll be removed from all leaderboards
• Other players will no longer be able to visit your loft
• Any in-progress crafting or pending transactions are cancelled
• You can create a new account anytime, but will start from scratch

Data Retention

We may retain certain anonymized data for analytics and legal compliance:

• Aggregated gameplay statistics (no personal identification)
• Technical logs for security purposes (30 days)
• Transaction records if required by law
